Pricing

• Designated Full Share: ($1600) The designated full share includes unlimited use of the beach house with a designated bed for the full length of the summer. Availability: Still recruiting.
• Full Share: ($1300) The Full share includes unlimited use of the beach house for the full length of the summer. Beds are taken on first come, first serve basis.  Availability: Still recruiting.
• Half Share: ($1000) The half share has 2 options: 1) 8 weekends throughout the summer, 1 of which can be a holiday weekend, or 2) 7 weekends throughout the summer, 2 of which can be a holiday weekend. This share is perfect for someone planning on coming for a limited amount of time and wants to be a part of the house. Beds are taken on first come, first serve basis. Availability: Still recruiting.
• Extra Night/Guest Fee: If a half share would like to spend more nights at the house or a member of the house decides to have a guest stay at the house there is a flat fee of $40 per night. Payment must be received on arrival before the night of stay. Click for the definition of "guest". A guest may stay a maximum of 8 nights over the course of the summer at which point they are encouraged to buy a half share pro-rated with guest fees already paid.
• Pre-Paid Guest Passes: Members can buy up to 8 guest passes before May 1st at a cost of $30/each.
• Payment plan: Payment in full by March 1st gets you 2 free guest passes.
  • Absolutely NO refunds.
  • Pay 1/2 by March 1st and 1/2 by April 1st.
  • A $100 late fee will be assessed to anyone that does not pay their entire membership fee by April 1st.
  • A $200 late fee will be assessed to anyone that does not pay their entire membership fee by May 1st.

  Disclaimer: Payment Options are ONLY for members who have been confirmed by a house parent.  If you are interested in a share in the house you MUST contact the house parent on the contact page first.  Refunds will NOT be given to any person that submits a payment without being a confirmed member.  NO exceptions!!

PERKS OF MEMBERSHIP

• Prime location directly across the street from the Starboard and less than a block from the ocean.
• All levels of Membership include access to FREE BEER from the house kegerator (must be 21).
• House provides full cable line up and stocks all of the various Dewey essentials - advil, band-aids, ping pong balls for beer pong, toilet paper, & cleaning supplies.
