Pricing

• Full Share: ($1400, security deposit included) The full share includes unlimited use of the beach house with a designated bed for the full length of the summer. There are currently 8 full shares. Availability: None.
• Half Share: ($1100, security deposit included) The half share includes unlimited use of the beach house for the full length of the summer. This share is perfect for someone planning on coming for more than 13 nights a year. Beds are taken on first come, first serve basis. There are currently 4 half shares. Availability: 4 Share.
• Quarter Share: ($800, security deposit included) The quarter share includes 13 nights throughout the summer. This share is perfect for someone planning on coming for a limited amount of time and wants to be a part of the house. Beds are taken on first come, first serve basis. There are currently 12 quarter shares. Availability: 9 share.
• Extra Night/Guest Fee: If a quarter share would like to spend more nights at the house or a member of the house decides to have a guest stay at the house there is a flat fee of $40 per night. Payment must be received on arrival before the night of stay. Click for the definition of "guest". A guest may stay a maximum of 8 nights over the course of the summer at which point they are encouraged to buy a quarter share pro-rated with guest fees already paid.
• Pre-Paid Guest Passes: Members can buy up to 8 guest passes before May 2nd at a cost of $30/each.
• Payment plan: Payment in full by March 5th gets you to a free DEWEY BEACH 2008 SEASONAL PARKING PASS.
  • Absolutely NO refunds.
  • Pay 1/2 by March 5th and 1/2 by April 4th.
  • Payment in full not received by April 4th, institutes a $100 late fee.
  • Payment in full not received by May 2nd, institutes a $200 late fee.

PERKS OF MEMBERSHIP

• Prime location directly across the street from the Starboard and less than a block from the ocean.
• All levels of Membership include access to the house-supplied keg and booze (must be 21).
• House provides full cable line up and stocks all of the various dewey essentials - advil, band-aids, ping pong balls for beer pong, toilet paper, & cleaning supplies.
